Shibani Kashyap, whose journey from the All India Radio jingle to Zinda Hoon Main... has won many accolades for her, has now decided to break the monotony and exploit her abilities as a performer on screen.The sole female composer-singer in Bollywood after her singing breakthroughs in foreign countries like Tanzania and Bangkok is now seriously considering acting offers, with four films in her kitty at present and talks for other in the final stages.
On her acting experience, she quickly reminisces about her college days when she regularly used to act in plays and musicals.
Shibani can be seen in director Faisal Saif's upcoming project Osama playing a cameo which will star Jackie Shroff, Gauri Karnik and Kader Khan in lead.Then there is Sanjay Gupta's The Great Indian Butterfly, in which she has made an appearance and sung two songs and also Acid Factory, in which she has acted on a song sung by her.
